Sprint

Wow this place as well as Sprint its self is a joke! I had dropped my phone which shattered the screen. I went into this specific Sprint store to purchase a new phone but instead I had the associate convince me in the this lease phone which sounded very good since it was zero money down and $6 a month since I was considered a "loyal" customer. He confirmed I could return the phone in 5 months (when my contract with sprint had ended) at zero cost...basically renting the phone. Let's just say he's a big fat liar bc it was a contact for 2 years not a lease agreement month by month as he stated. Luckily I have 14 days to return which I plan on doing.i also will be canceling the remainder of my contract with Sprint. I have been a very loyal customer for 7 years but all must end bc I myself hate being tricked!!!!!! When I called at 4:52pm to confirm they still had my old phone that I sold back to them for 30 in the associate named Amanda ID#346771 or 346611 (she gave me two different ID numbers within the same call) said they were closing in 6 minutes and her system was shut down for the day...to call back 2mrw...really? Crazy customer service there!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is the only place we've found that will actually fix a phone. All of the reps have neen there forever and they know their business. Friendly, efficient and caring. Because of the store at Middlebelt and schoolcraft, we stay with sprint.
