I had contracted them to install a water heater and had requested a specific brand. The person they sent to install informed me that he had never installed this brand. I was willing to give him the benefit of doubt assuming he had done aother water heater installations.

After 5-6 trips between his truck and my basement and 50 min. later, he determined that I had a power vent and the heater he had did not so it would not work.



Company charged me 1.5 hours for the service call and a $25 restocking fee (which I was not told when I set up the installation). I was willing to have them install the right water heater but wanted them to work with me. I was willing to pay them for 1 hour of service call time.



Talked to the office and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and uncooperative. Talked to the owner who reused to discuss this even though I explained to them that I would be willing to have them install the new heater next week.



I have worked with contractors who will work with you to keep your business. Not this company.



There are several reputable companies in the area that you can chose over this company and I would strongly recommend that you avoid this company!



They have ne idea what customer serve means and are out to make a buck at your expense. Avoid them!!!
