        Our experience in urgent care was extremely disappointing at all levels from nursing, to radiology technician, to physician. Took 3 hours to get and read an x-ray of hand with less than decisive results. Very unprofessional and less than nurturing environment. Frankly, the care borders on negligent. I will not be back.
