The Livonia Department of Parks & Recreation offers community services through parks and recreational activities. It encourages community participation through innovative programs and recreation facilities in the city of Livonia, Mich. The department offers a variety of athletic programs and recreational activities for men, women, boys and girls. In addition, Livonia Department of Parks & Recreation hosts youth and adult sports and athletic programs. The department organizes softball, baseball, basketball, archery, fitness, in-line hockey, soccer, tennis, bowling and golf events. It publishes a quarterly L Magazine that provides information on various facilities, programs, classes and offerings of the department. The Livonia Department of Parks & Recreation has an office in Livonia, Mich.
