Healthy Urgent Care

They wouldn't see us just now saying they take their last appointment at 9:30pm. Doors and a eariler phone call says 10:00pm. I sure seems like the staff just wanted to go home. Use at your own risk. They may have better things to do.

The main issue I have with this office is if they don't feel it is necessary to give an antibiotic (which I am okay with, as I believe antibiotics are handed out way too much), they make you come back a few days later to get one. It is a terrible inconvenience to make someone who is already feeling pretty awful come back in to the office to receive their meds. When you are sick, the last thing you want to do is be out/driving around when it is unnecessary. The only reason I switched to this dr was because my other clinic moved a little further from me, and this one is on my way home from work. The longer drive will definitely be worth it from now on. All they care about is more money from you/your insurance, and not much about the well being of their patients. I have had other doctors in the past call in scripts or even WRITE out scripts to use if you haven't gotten better by a certain date. Some I've used; some I've never filled. But what a great thing that I didn't have to drag my sick self back to the drs just a couple days after I was already there. I'm pretty sure if I'm having the same symptoms as when I first came in and they haven't gotten better at all, that my "viral sinus" issue has turned into a sinus infection. I'm no doctor, but it doesn't take a genius to figure that one out. I will be going back to the other clinic where they are MUCH more compassionate about their patients.

Had to take 7 yr old last nite, after 8pm. There was NO wait, and the staff was very nice! (DD liked Robin!) very clean & nice kids room w/kid movie on TV in room/a comfort distraction for a sick kid! Thanks! Will recommend to friends.
