Best service we have ever had anywhere!! Super friendly staff, great food, comfy environment! Definitely would recommend!

If I could give this place a 0 I would. I took my 6 year old daughter here with with our family to celebrate her birthday. She really wanted to come here. We sat down and my father in law ordered a beer. He is 60 years old. He did not have his ID. The waiter was just doing what he is instructed to do and told him that he could not serve him because it was a state law. We asked for the manager. Paul the manager came out on fire. He must of been having a very bad day. He went right on the defensive(which in the service industry you should never do). My wife is a TIPs trainee for the state of Michigan. We know the law very well. My father in law just agreed to take a water with really no fight, but Paul the "manager" told us we had to leave. I called and talked to the general manager of the store. His name is David Rogan(248-452-4600). He also took the defensive and told me he had to get the other side of the story as if I was lying. I worked with the public for 15 years, I am still in shock by what happened here tonight and can not believe the way we were treated. It's no wonder why it took so long for DBs to get a second restaurant in Michigan. I want DBs to apologize to my daughter.

This was my 2nd time at D&B's. The 1st time, food was good, service poor. This time both were awful! Raw steak & cold veg. Waitress never checked on us, gave refills or cleared plates. A table of 20 people came in after us and were fed & cashed out before the 3 of us! Never again.

Today my husband and I celebrated our anniversary there and we had an amazing time its like a grown up chucky cheese...anyways we will be returning soon...our waitress Kimberly was great as well thank you for making our day fun!

Went to this place for the first time ever to celebrate my birthday and had the WORST experience in my life!!!! Nobody appeared to like their job. My waitress felt the need to inform my that she just had surgery and couldn't move fast. Throughout our entire meal we had all of our dishes on the table they were only removed after she over heard us complaining among ourselves, and no need to complain the manager's are worse we were asked to leave for voicing our issues. I will be calling their corporate office because no where you spend your money at she be allowed to treat you this way! The worst experience ever!
