        BEWARE! BEWARE! Confirmed bed bugs at this Knights Inn. I went in for surgery on 11/30, and my daughter came in from out of town to be with me. We do not have enough room in our apartment for a guest, so I paid for and arranged for her to stay at this Knights Inn which is within walking distance of our apartment and close to the exit from the Thruway that she was arriving via. Also, there were no negative reviews on it. The morning after her first stay there, she came to visit me in the hospital, and she was covered with large welt-like bite marks on her arms and face! (I have pictures) When my husband took her back to the hotel after visiting, they complained to management and they said that there had been a prior guest in there for 2 weeks, and that was probably where the problem came from and they fully refunded the prepaid amount for all days. My daughter packed her bags, and my husband helped to her check into a Quality Inn nearby. After putting medication on her bites, she was able to sleep, but itching and soreness continued for a few days. She had to have all clothes specially dry cleaned. She is currently attempting reimbursement for those charges. Her pain and blemishes and inconvenience and my worry and embarrassment are unimaginable. BEWARE!
