Wok On Wheels

This place has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. The food was delivered cold, when i tried to resolve the order I was told to bring the food in. I offered to get it from the trash ccanat my house and they didn't like that too much. Their very stubborn and the food is terrible. NOT TO MENTION BEING HUNG UP ON WHEN TRYING TO RESOLVE THINGS THE DAY IT HAPPENED.

We had excellent service both over the phone and at the door when they delivered. A few things frustrate me when it comes to Chinese delivery but I was really impressed with how organized Wok on Wheels was. Each person had there own zip lock bag with fork, spoon,napkin, and sauces in it. All of the containers were very sturdy and the rice was in it's own container for each person. Portions were nice and the food was excellent. They will be the only Chinese delivery we will use from now on. Oh and most impressive thing to me was the Wonton soup actually had meat fill wontons not just noodles. They get 5 stars from me!

The service was nice over the phone! But when I received my order it was incomplete, no rice just soft old orange chicken and a flat egg roll that I did not order. I ordered one crab meat wagoon, and a half order of crab meat wagoon. So the chicken and the half order wagoon was the only thing they got right. Then I gave the driver a tip to only have to wait another 45 mins to get the rest of my order. I paid 12.68 for the grossest food I have ever had by far it was not worth it. I would not recommend you wasting your money or your time or effort! Get it from the China Garden! This place is no GOOD!!!!
