        I've been with Conviva for a few years now. Never had any problems getting in or with staff.

        The site is hard to maneuver, though. They should check on that. There is no way to move the cursor of the mouse up and down on the far right side of the page. I've tried several months and there is still no way to move the cursor up and down on the far right side of their home page.
