        Used to tan here all the time bit since the manager that had been there left myself and my daughter have had many bad experiences. One of the associates stole my daughters phone which she even later admitted to. The beds are not wiped down a lot of times and there are ALWAYS bulbs out. Drives me crazy

        The tanning itself is great, especially the Lake City branch....but dont EVER get a monthly subscription! I cancelled 3 months ago, and they are STILL charging me! I have had to go in and get a refund every first of the month, and always get the same tired apology and assurance that it wont happen again. The only thing that wont happen again is my patronage!
