turned off my power because I didn't want to associate my ss# with an out of town address after my mom passed away. call them and spoke with a young man and tried to explain he assured me my power would be turned off. the employee came to my house walked straight to the meter and turned it off with out coming to my door.I call gave my social security #my next month bill was sent to a town address 18 miles away all I wanted to do was to have the correct address on the bill
