Papa Murphy's Take N Bake Pizza

Been ordering from this location 4-years....NEVER HAD A PROBLEM, until tonight. I can't even call...you guys closed.....������������

What are the phone spoke to Jenni, she said I could get my stuffed meat pizza for the $10 Tuesday price, I even heard her ask the manager as I held on for her. She gave me a total of $23 + change. We hung-up. Only moments later... I called back to remove 2-sofas from order.... after all, $10 pizza + $4. 00 Schmores Dessert, would make the sodas $4.00/piece!!!!! I spoke to Jenni again & she assured me the order was changed.
When my son got home with the receipt...... I was overcharged by $7 !!!!

I hope this matter will be resolved quickly, this review is to document time and date of my discrepancy.

I LOVE PAPPA MURPHY'S SO DAMN MUCH....I NEVER EAT ANY OTHER KIND!!!!

The pizza is great if you get it made correctly. A few times I've had to call and complain. I gotten the wrong crust or the wrong seasoning. On $10 Tuesdays I have to make sure I get the right size of pizza I ordered. I have been eating here for 6years and There is a new set of girls working there now. Who extremely rude. One is a manager named Jessica, one is Hispanic with a lot of caked on make up with official piercings, and the last is a girl with over processed bleached hair. I have too many rude experiences with these girls to list, but I will never order my pizza as long as they are still employed. Very sad.
