Budget Truck Rental

They will try to RIP YOU OFF...



rented a moving truck from them, drove it 40 miles total.(charged properly)



I returned the truck with a full tank of gas and took photos of the dash with the mileage and fuel gauge. They charged me $43 to "fill the tank" at $4 a gallon (high end) with the truck getting 10 mpg (low estimate) my milage would have to be at 100 miles +



When I called to ask about the charges Bob immediatley, defensively, jumped to the assumption that someone must have siphoned the gas?



I called Customer Service that called Bob while I was on hold, and came back saying Bob told her it was only 3 gallons they had to fill up? $13 a gallon?..... She immediately refunded me the entire amount.

Best customer service I have ever gotten! They have everything for an outside job! The trucks there are in the best condition I have ever seen rental trucks! I will only go there for any of my outside jobs!

The people there helped me out so much! They have everything there! the people there are so nice and helpful!!!! I asked so many questions and they answer them all. I tell every one go there, this is the only place i go! They keep their trucks clean and in the best shape!

WE GOT SCREWED. dirty old man (who hit on my fiance) charged us three hundred dollars extra for a "broken mirror" that simply FELL OFF on the road. it had been TAPED ON and unfortunately we didn't notice it before we left the place. he charged us for the full two day rental even though we had if for four hours, and he also made us drive the NO MIRROR UNSAFE TRUCK to the gas station to put twenty bucks of gas in it so the needle matched the F. please don't do business here.
