Canvas Community

Based on my first visit today for the Palm Sunday service I was touched by the warmth of the people and the amazing art representing the cruxification of Christ. I hope to get involved with this church

Are you tired of warming a pew and wondering if that is really what Jesus intended our relationship to be with God and the world? Canvas Community is a gathering of the United Methodist Church with a strong desire to live the words of Jesus Christ through mission work. We serve our homeless friends and our neighbors in need weekly. Services are Monday night at 6:30 and you might find yourself sitting next to a lawyer, a college student, a homeless person or someone recovering from an addiction. Tuesdays we have an arts program, Wednesdays is Dinner & A Movie night. Canvas welcomes people how they are and where they are on life's journey. Check us out!
