I repeat, DO NOT LIVE HERE, if you value your money and where you live. I have had MULTIPLE issues with this apartment. I get to know my neighbors around me and none of them stayed full-term lease. They all couldn't stand it. When I moved in my apartment was a wreck and I had to do a lot of cleaning that I shouldn't have had to do. The carpet at the front door was disgusting. I was told to write down what needed fixed and they fixed 2/3 of the issues. The carpet? No. Somehow what I had written down has been "lost" and I am being charged over $800 after moving out to "replace carpet that was brand new" when that WAS NOT brand new. These people are scam artists and absolutely horrible to work with. The AC unit is incredibly underpowered and no matter what you do you're looking at it being 80+ in the summer. Expect your electricity bill to be insanely high. If you value your car, expect there to be multiple dents and scrapes when you move out. I speak from experience.
