Excellent service and the staff is the best in town! We always call ahead for a large order and the food is always ready when we get there.

Excellent Customer Service. I went and picked up. I do not have a printer or smart phone but when I called and talked to Chris he let me have the coupon. The lady at the drive through was also very kind. I appreciate good customer service and very please with the Litchfield Long John Silvers service and the food was hot and great. Thank You all who worked today at around 5pm.

We ate there last week. The place was dirty. Trash was on the floor everywhere and the prices are through the roof for nothing but bad fast food. Even the window sills next to the booths are dirty and gross. Then the employee started sweeping up the trash under all the tables while people are trying to eat. I was grossed out by the time we left. We won't be back.

I would not recommend that anyone eat here. The store was dirty when we visited, the food was served cold, and when we complained, the employees got ruder. I'll never eat here again.
