        I used Blue Ribbon for many years and the service was excellent. This year they sent a couple of sub contractors and the service was horrible. DE filter was left dripping, pool cover not power washed completely and the diving board was installed crooked. Once done, they forgot to lock the fence door with the padlock. If you decide to use them, make sure they don't send sub contractors.

        Overall

        They are nice people and they treat you really nice over the phone. Although UNRELIABLE. 3 appointments and they missed every single one of them, like my time is not important. Not even a call back. At least they could be honest and tell me they were busy until a certain date like other pool contractors did.
