After more than 30 years of marriage my wife decided to have her wedding gown cleaned and put in a storage box. Father time has not been kind to this treasured garment. It had been stored in an old box and had turned to a dingy, disgutting yellow.

We really did not think there was much hope in restoring this gown, but when we picked up the dress we were amazed at

what we saw. The restoration was, quited frankly, jaw dropping. The once dingy yellow is again bright white and the dress was

nestled into an attractive display box. The results were truly remarkable. Thanks to Williams Cleaners, they brought back to

life a treasured possession and all of the memories associated with it.

I saw the positive ratings Williams Cleaners & Shirt Launders had received, and decided to try them out. They advertise having expertise in cleaning formal, and bridal gowns, which also convinced myself to try them out. I took 3 formal gowns into to be cleaned. When dropping them off I was told a few of the small beading may come off. This bothered me, but I was told it rarely happens, and the larger beading would be fine. After being reassured, I left them do clean my dresses. I came back when the cleaning was complete, to find my dresses in worse condition then when I dropped them off. All the beading was gone, large beading that I was told would be fine. It looked like the beading had almost been cut off, the threading was still there. In addition the dresses had stains on them that were not originally there. It took awhile before I was reimbursed for the cleaning I had just paid for. I was told however, that I may not get reimbursed for the damages, on an expensive dress, worn once. I was treated very rudely, and the employees seemed not to care. I will NEVER come here for my cleaning again!
