I am writing today to speak about the work that the folks at Titan didn't do. I came to Titan in a bit of desperation not knowing many people in the area and not feeling very trusting of mechanics in general as I have very little knowledge of cars myself. I had the car towed there because it was over heating and I had no idea why. They could have easily run up hundreds of dollars replacing various mechanical parts and I would have been none the wiser. Instead I got a call soon after and was told that there was some collision damage that was causing the problem and although they would love to help me they felt I would be better off taking it someplace that could do the bodywork needed to repair it correctly. Sadly I was shocked by what should be commonplace. Integrity. I highly recommend Titan automotive because it was incredibly obvious that their first priority is to do the best possible work and develop a relationship with their customers over making a quick buck.

This repair shop is the BEST! They have so much knowledge on saturn and honda. Not only do they work on saturn and honda, they will also work on my other cars. The owners Chris and Keysha Watson have been with saturn for 10 and 13 years. Both certified in saturn and honda training and Chris is ASE certified. They don't try to sell you anything you don't need and are very good at explaining the problem with my car.
