        Columbia martial arts & fitness provides a broad curriculum for children and adults including karate. Brazilian JIU jitsu. Jeet Kune DO (JKD). MUAY thai. Combat submission wrestling (CSW). Filipino martial arts and wing chun kung FU. We have been serving the columbia. Lexington and west columbia areas since 1993.

        Just off of Hwy #1 (Augusta Rd) about 1 block from Barnyard Flea Market Turn onto Kitti Wake Dr at Lizard's Thicket then turn right on Two Notch Rd. We are about 200' up on the left.

        Mr. Mike, as he is known at the karate studio has a real passion for young people, and knows they are the future of our country.
        My twin daughters have been taking karate for over 13 years from Mr. Mike.
        It has been the single best thing as a parent I could have every done for them. It is a experience they will have their whole life.
        Not only does he teach his students how to defend themselves but teaches respect for themselves and others. Which is lost in todays world. He teaches them to strive to do the best at what ever they pursue.
        He teaches young kids, teens, and adults. He and his staff are the greatest.

        Both of my kids attend this school. We have known the owners forever. Everyone that works there is awesome.

        AWESOME!!!!

        I am VERY pleased so far in the training and intensity the classes bring.Each instructor gives their own input on experiences and ways to improve your skills.By seeing each you can kinda create your own and take the good and bad from them.It is an excellent place for a beginner or even a well experienced fighter.RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!!!!!
