Horrible customer service!!! Do not waste your time! Scam artists! Will come out just to tell you that they cannot do the work then turn around and tell you its $175 for them driving out there! Then LAUGH at you when you complain!

They are terrible!Bad experience.Will rip elderly people off ,so sad!My dad used them for years with his business. Very rude and hung up on me.Fifteen minutes trying to find the tank and didn't! Told us he didn't have all day!Charged a $100 for nothing!But my husband found it!!Who's the septic guy ..not those rude guys !Very sad.I never have written a bad review for any business! That's how bad it was.

The company as a whole was wonderful! From the person answering the phone to the gentlemen that came and serviced! They found the septic tank in ten minutes where another company could not. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Refused to return phone calls for weeks, even though they promised they would. They choose not repair my septic field problem. Avoid!

Broken promises and appts without even a courtesy call.

We had a collapsed drainage bed. They cleaned out the septic tank and said someone would call to give a quote on a new drainage bed. After 3 weeks and 3 phone calls to them we finally gave up and went to another septic service.

Sharps and Lucas couldn't get to me till Friday or Saturday, Taylor was a savior! Our tank overflowed and backed up into our toilets and tubs. They came out that day! Thank you so much!!!!!
