Bella Riley's Salon & Spa

I use there salon, and spa often. I find there staff to be courtious kind helpful and well trained. I have used others in Lexington Bella-Rileys is a great value. I have recommended to my family and friends and all have been very happy with there visits. They have a spa night last Friday of each month and it's a great girls night out . Thanks Rachel and your staff at Bell-Rileys I enjoy seeing your smiling faces each time I walk threw your door :)

I am here visiting my friend for the week and we decided we wanted a girls day out. My friend booked a spa and pedicure treatment for both of us which we had yesterday. Needless to say we will never be returning to Bella Rileys. We went to have a relaxing day but unfortunately that did not happen.

First off when we arrived they had our appointments mixed up, once they figured it out they gave us forms to fill out and left the salon, since the spa was next door. No one ever came back to get us so we finally just went over to the spa where we were greeted by someone else who again got our appointments all mixed up. When we were finally settled I was taken in for my Massage which was scheduled to start at 10:30 but did not start till 10:40. I was getting a 30 minute massage, however mine ended at exactly 11:00 on the dot. So I ended up paying for a full 30 min massage when in reality I got a 20 min one and to be fair the massage really wasn't that great. In the mean time my friend was getting a pedicure, it took them a bit to get her situated but when they finally did they sent her into the room where the nail technician was crying. She had obviously just been disciplined for something right before we arrived. She apologized to my friend and told her their was "drama regarding who was supposed to handle our appointment" This made my friend feel very awkward and uncomfortable and left her with a not so relaxing pedicure. It was then time for her to get her facial, she waited quite a while between services, when someone finally came to get her she told her she was sorry she had no idea she was there already?? We had already been in the salon for well over an hour. When it was time for my pedicure I sat in the chair with my feet soaking in the water for at least 10 minutes before the girl finally came back into the room. She obviously was upset and had just been disciplined again, if there was need for so much discipline why did it need to be handled while our appointment was going on. So I also did not get a very relaxing pedicure. And now both of our pedicures have white residue on them that won't come off?? What kind of pedicure was that?!

Once I was done I went in the waiting room to wait for my friend to be done, I was then asked if I was ready for my facial? I was not getting a facial again they still had our appointments all mixed up, it felt very unorganized. When we checked out they started to charge us too much because they still had it that we were having more services then we actually had.

My friend and I were looking forward to a nice relaxing day and we honestly could not wait to get out of the salon. And we didn't even get a nice pedicure to walk away with! I know quite a few people who go to this salon and will make sure they don't return !
