I got wrong knixmax wrong color, supposed to be black color but coming with red/wine color…made me so disappointed

products were amazing delivery was fast price was cheap

Would rate 0 stars if possible. Ordered a 12 pack of ZOA energy. The shipment came late and one can was open and empty. This is ridiculous.

I received a package from this fulfillment center that I did not order...

So, I received an item from this company. I did not order the item so I was trying to find out how to send it back. I posted on social media about the delivery and me not ordering. Several hours after that post, I received a text from a friend that said she and another friend ordered it for me for Christmas and just had it sent to me. She said that she had a note included in it, but I did not get the note. So, I wanted to set the record straight from my previous post.

Received package with a different name with my same mailing address. Package contents had someone else's order.

Package showed up empty nothing in it paid for with no item sent

We just looked at reviews from other people. It's obvious that this center has a problem with people NOT taking the time to package the items correctly. We received our package yesterday and the items were broken because they just put two glass jars of candles in a box with NO package materials to keep them from moving and hitting each other. WE ARE PRIME MEMBERS! I know that Amazon will make this right, but it will be too late to give them to friends. We hope that management will have better training for them on HOW to package fragile items.

Terrible wrapping of glass bottle. Was smashed to pieces.

A driver delivered a package to co-worker and said "package is empty and I didn't take it". So, package delivered with no items inside...? can anyone help with this?

I received a random package from this Lexington Amazon fulfillment services place and I didn’t even order anything and no one ordered it for me either. I love what it is. But it’s just odd that it didn’t come in Amazon packaging or leave any sort of papers inside describing what it is for and what it is in general. I feel like it is a random act of kindness from Amazon. But when I read other people’s reviews on their random deliveries, it makes me worry. Should I be worried?

They shipped my package using Lasership, the worst carrier to choose from. I have continually complained about this to both Amazon customer service and to Lasership and it has not done any good. Lasership leaves packages in open areas where anyone can take them such as by the front door of an apartment building, by the building's buzzers which the driver is too lazy to use, and by the buildings mailboxes. Why does Amazon continue to use this "UN" service? Whenever I can I buy from other vendors and use Amazon less and less

so one day i got deliver a book i never ordered and i was charged 216.91 on my credit card, i called the customer service explaining my problem and the representative said was gonna sent me a return label and they will refund my money so thats what i did returned it the book, days later i got a message saying that i wasnt gonna get refunded because the item was sent to me as an addition to my original order "Order that i never did". and does not exist in my order history, at the end they took the book back and I lost my money a total amount of 216.91 dollars these people are thief's low lives criminal how can they do that to me I'm a long time customer and no one can help me. tell you the truth i dont know what to do, i could just warn people to not to leave their credit card on file on amazon .com

I have received two packages from this place. Screen protectors on a phone I do not own. I also received another package today a cheap plastic garment bag I also did not order. I went to the post office to pick this package up and found I owed $7.85 postage. I thought it was a package I was waiting for and found this item I did not order at all!!!!

Received, yet, another item by USPS frm this address. I did not order. UPS says they have an order on their truck fro me, again,never ordered. Called Amazon...not record of any order for me. No charge on credit card. UPS, Amazon and Post Office are all investigating. In mean time, I still get more packages I did not order from Amazon Return Center 172 Trade St Lexington, KY. with my name and address. (No paperwork enclosed)
Nov 30, 2019 Just received another one. That makes 4. This one is Hemp Oil from a vendor called Starkit from Amazon Prime. This one via UPS. Contacted FBI this time.

This place should be investigated by law enforcement, they send people literal rocks instead of what they've ordered, the place is a SCAM.

This location is used as a scam for returns from eBay. Here's how it works. Buyer purchases item on eBay, claims something is wrong, gets a return label from eBay seller and purchases some penny item and ships using the eBay label. To eBay, they see the tracking shows delivered only it isn't the original item that was returned.

Received empty unsealed envelope today from this place. Why not seal with tape next time. Ordered four flashlights for a rock excursion this week. Now what a total wrench in plans for the family. 100% disappointed..!

Received notice by phone text, a package was to be delivered BUT I didn't order anything from this company! Text back a stop order/do not ship, but too late, package came today via USPS, and my credit card was charged! company is Natural Plus Direct store Lexington,KY 40511
