Edgewater

One star is a very nice version of what i truly want to say. We have been in these apartments less than 6 months. We have a 2 br/2 bath on the first floor near the water's edge. The pretty view comes at the cost of BUGS. When we first moved in there were tons of roly-polys, we eliminated them fairly quickly, no problem. A few months later, i got bit by a BLACK WIDOW (says THEIR exterminator). I brought this to their attention, and requested my apartment be put on the "list" every week for a bug spraying. (They only have pest control on thursdays, as its an outside source and not the apartment staff). I saw her write it on the list, and since, for 2-3 months, i have been off work EVERY thursday. They haven't come to spray once. A week or two ago I got bit again, 3 times. I went to the office again and told them that all i wanted from this was to be put on the list EVERY week. They were rude with me, but said they would do it. They came in to our apartment while we were gone, and apparently "our living conditions are a health hazard" and we are "growing Marij". A sad attempt to dodge a law suit from my missing work and hospital bills. All could have been handled by them simply spraying the apartment. They came to us a few days later and said they had picture evidence, but refused to show it when we asked for it.This man cares about nothing but himself, and is extremely snobby. Even when we first met him he rolled his eyes every time he said something to us. If you are looking for a stable place to live....This is NOT it. They jump to conclusions, are extremely illogical and will give you only 7 days to vacate. On thanksgiving at that. I cant give this apartment complex a bad enough rating. It has been drama for over half the time we have been here, over nothing.
