Multi-Metal Recycling

Been there a few times. They help me unload the trailer and since at times some of the stuff is really heavy I appreciate the help being female! They have Always been very nice and professional there!

I have been to multi-metal a bunch of times over the past few years. I have never been treated badly by anyone. They all have treated me with respect. I live closer to another yard but would rather go here. Wayne has been an outstanding business owner and is very honest. I have never seen a bad attitude from anyone and feel they treat you more like family than any other thing. I feel as the prices are better also and not as picky and he wants to do business with everyone!!!!!!!!!

You should just go to Bennys in nunda. Really nice people and they wont treat you badly. Not for nothing but you are a business the last thing you should be doing is treating your customers badly!!!

Terrible service... Yesterday I went here to recycle some aluminum and scrap metal. I went in two trips and each time the manager gave me troubles. On the first trip, the manager said they can only pay me $0.20 instead of the $0.55 aluminum was going for. I go back with a load full of scrap metal, went through and weighed my truck, which was on video camera (they can see everything in the truck), I dumped my scrap and went to the front. When I went to the office, the manager tried to claim I had a tire in my truck and dumped it. After politely refusing to take their tire, I get my cash and go to the truck. On my way out, the manager, who I saw yelling obnoxiously at some employees earlier, fiercely brings some car tire out to me and attempts to put it in my pick up. I refuse to take this tire and argued with him for some time... after a few moments he rudely shouted out "just leave" and walked away. All in all, I would recommend to ANYONE to recycle their metals elsewhere. They will steal your money and will also be very rude to you for no reason.
