Worst customer service I've ever dealt with. 6 times I've called for a quote on parts, clearly no one there knows how to use their system as all they ever say is, "we'll call you back with the information" and then never call back.

I just bought a 2014 Rogue, amazing, the whole experience!!!! Never will go anywhere else, home town atmosphere, friendly and knowledge staff!!!

There horrible worst service ever phylis is the worst person I've dealt with in my life super rude and you can't get ahold of Jeff. Do not go to lake nissan in leesburg. Save your money there liars go to ocala nissan or Orlando nissan.

This dealership/repair company was one of the greatest experiences my family had back when we bought our first car in 2000. However, Over the recent years they've become the most unethical ripoff disrepectful dealership I've ever had to deal with. They not only treated my parents poorly hince why my dad bought his titan in ocala nissan instead they've also treated me poorly misquoted and mispriced there services and to top it off they misqouted and lied even to a local dealership down the street. I had a service guarantee when i bought my 03 nissan sentra from blount honda and they promised to repair my gas door lever they spoke directly with the dealership and told them the price would be exactly 109 dollars even however when i went to get the service down they tried saying that they had to charge another 160 dollars for the repair that was promised for 109. I mean when we first dealt with them they were honest well priced fair value on services and sales and they just go downhill. Its sad when i get a better deal a honda dealership for a nissan and better service and even there mechanic was willing to service some of the maintance parts necessarily i agreed out of pocket for less! pretty sad worthless outfit. Trust me save the gas time and headache and go to the ocala nissan if you want a new nissan car. Or any services done.
