Our store's motto is "inspiring health" and we're proud to be your neighborhood health food store. We carry healthy foods, supplements, and vitamins. Our staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and happy to take time to educate you on the products that will help you move in the right direction for your optimum health. We offer mail order services for those who cannot easily travel to our Lebanon,NJ store.

In business since 1994, we specialize in gluten free foods, herbs and supplements that support your "Healthy Balance". We are the small store that's big on your health! Our well educated staff offers personalized service for health concerns, helping you discern advertising hype from mass media to an educated choice appropriate for you. Store owner, Jane Bowers, has been involved in this industry since 1977 with the opening of her former store, The Good Food Grocer, in Clinton, NJ from 1980-1990.
