Brandon S. is the best! He knows exactly what he's doing, and is always willing to help. I will always deal with him directly because he goes above and beyond!! Lately, there seems to be some type of staffing shortage, but I've been told that the upper echelon at the main office is focusing on expanding the Commercial side of the business which is leaving those who handle the DIY end short handed and struggling to keep up which is a shame because wait times are longer than they used to be. However, knowing that Brandon will take care to get me the part I need the first time is worth waiting a little longer.
