Applebee's

Waitress took our order, it had been a while and still no food. Four other tables had people seated after our order and they received their food. We asked waitress and she said she forgot to turn in order. She apologized. When she did bring the order we pointed out the salad portion of the soup/salad combo was not correct because it had shrimp on it. She said that is how they serve the spinach salad and said for my partner to enjoy it. He ate the soup/salad after having to ask another waitress for a soup spoon and said it was ok, but shrimp were over cooked. We had to ask another waitress for our check. She said she would tell our waitress. Our waitress just hurried past dropping the check on our table and said thanks and kept going. I looked at the check and we were charged over 10 dollars for that spinach salad alone. I then asked to speak with manager. He came up and as I was standing by the door said he would take the check and find out what happened. About 5 minutes went by and I could see him standing with three other staff laughing and looking at the bill. He gave me 5 dollars and some change and said that should take care of things. I took the money and walked out not believing how the staff working there even functioned in a day to day situation. Never again will I frequent the Applebee's in Lebanon Missouri.

poor service, food has never been cooked properly. Hard to get refills with out asking first. Never get food ordered the way we want it. The door greeters are usually nice tho.
