They will send repairmen who leave messes and do shortcuts on repairs. When you inform the office, they act concerned but nothing is ever done. The house we had was not settled and because of the cracks and rainwater getting in it ruined some of the carpet that we are now being charged for.

They rented us a dirty home that had mold and flooding issues (that everyone in the neighborhood knew about but the rental company supposedly didn't), were rude and dismissive when we asked for things to be fixed, and then kept a big chunk of our deposit ($125) due to COBWEBS. We paid a lot of money to be in a house that made us sick. When I finally insisted on an inspection, the guy who came out said that the underside of the house was basically a solid sheet of mold and that branches had washed into the crawl space, so there had been a LOT of water under there. We finally moved because of a bad episode of flooding where the crawlspace flooded all the way up to the underside of the house, the storm cellar wound up with six feet of water inside, and two feet of water got into the garage. We were stuck there for 10 months (and paid for the 11th month), and I will never EVER rent from Capuccio again. Now the house is for sale, and I hope any sucker who looks at it gets a home inspection.

Will not fix problems you have with rental and charge you for everything during and after that they can. Would not recommend anybody to rent from them.

This company is really good at getting problems fixed in a timely manner. They are very professional!!! They are GREAT!!!

They refuse to fix any problems with the house and often misleading.

Do not rent. They are horrible on any timely repairs. They lost their pass key and kept 70% of the deposit after you have to pay 120.00 for carpet cleaning and to have a yard sprayed for pests. If your A/C was out when it was 115 degrees, well their answer was we have one guy that is trying to take care of it. This is after my A/C was out for a week with a small child in my home. In all fairness, if you want them to take advantage of tenants, then you may want to use them as a property management company.
