        If you choose to do buisness with Tracys Electric you should know upfront that you will be charged for electricians labor and truck charge even if they do no work.



        After the storms ripped through the county this past Thursday 05-26-11, I only had power to half the house. The rest was very low voltage. Called Tracy as I had already had work done by them several years ago and was happy with what they had done at that time. So gave them a call again with this problem.



        They showed up took a look at the transformer hanging on the poll across the road saw that it was a little black and told us that we had a tranformer problem and would have to call Norris Electric. Turns out that wasnt even the problem.



        Today 05-28-11 got a bill for 1 hour labor and truck charge. Talk about shady buisness practicies!

        Jeff, I'm sorry that you're unhappy with our service. We will charge for troubleshooting services if the electrical problem is on the utility side. If the problem was on the customer's side then we missed something and we will make it right. Please call me at your earliest convenience.
