They have been putting relaxer in my hair WITHOUT my approval. How is this possible—they MIX relaxer into their products to get your curly hair straighter!

I have been three times, and each time it was due to convenience of them being open on Sunday’s. Literally all three times was within the month of January and now my hair is RUINED. I regret EVER giving my money to these people.

The first very weird thing they do is before they even wet your hair, they apply a “shampoo” which I can only conclude is a relaxer mix as I have washed my hair on my own today, and my curls are GONE! My hair is literally ruined and now I’m stuck trying to figure out if I should cut it all off or spend MORE money trying to fix my hair.

There are some amazing Dominican Salons around, but THIS IS NOT ONE. If you want RELAXER applied to your hair unknowingly, and to loose ALL your curls then go ahead. They also mix the relaxers into the deep conditioners. Overall HORRIFIC experience. I would NEVER return and it’s PATHETIC that a salon would put something this strong into a customers hair without that person knowing. INSANE.

Do not and I repeat do not go in here they will put relaxers in your deep conditioner withought telling you. I had hair to my waist and ever since I came to see this lady my hair hasn't been right ever since. Customer service is not right. She will take and take and take customers like if she already doesn't have 6 ladies in chairs. My curls are barely coming back and that's after I had to cut it down to above my shoulders. This visit was about a year and a half ago and my hair still hasn't recuperated. All I remember is leaving the salon with a chemical odor and my hair just kept shedding. Hope I can save some of you ladies from this place

recently went to Patty's about two weeks ago for the first time. I let them know that I only wanted to get my hair washed, blow dried, amd flat ironed. I was very pleased with the results. That is until I kept smelling a strong chemical ordor coming from my hair that made me wonder if they had put a relaxer or straightner in my hair. I finally washed my hair and it was streaming out of my head. I have been natural for 5 years and my curls were so tight and full. Now I barely have curls and EVERYONE is asking me what I've done to my hair. I will never recommend this place to anyone!
