I hired this firm to save money, but my bill was less with Stark & Stark, and they are the best in the state of New Jersey.

I hired them to handle a family law case and was assigned Carol Oswald. I felt I was in good hands the way she explained her stategy to me, and I never question the way she handled my case. In the end I was out the $2,000.00 retainer I gave them, because Ms. Oswald delayed the case at every opportunity. She brought in consultant after consultant at my expense, and her profile claims she has 30 years experience! The attorney fees to her kept piling up. Also my visitation schedule was affected while the court case was ongoing and I lost many days I could have spent with my boys. When I complained I was threatened by Ms. Oswald, she said if I wanted to "arm chair quterback" her practices I could file a complaint the state bar association, and that she would drop my case and return what was left of my retainer....$179.00!!!!
