Maria de PR- Yo soy lo mas picky que hay. La experiencia que tuve es fenomenal. Clarita (mi peluquera) trata mi cabello con tanta dulsura y no te hace tratamiento o un corte a menos de que lo necesites. Desde que voy a clara mi cabello a crecido mas que nunca. Yo manejo desde Palm Beach para que me arregle el pelo. No complain here. Thank you Clara for the magnificent work and helping me keep my hair healthy and beautiful.

Though they are a little slow, their service and performance are great.

I went for a wash and set and blow dry. The wash and set were perfectly fine. I currently have very expensive extensions in my hair that can last up to three months without taking them out. I have only had them in for a month and hadn't planned on getting it redone until the end of this month. But due to Niove Salon and their carelessness I have to go and fix them tomorrow. I asked them to be gentle with the blow dry but the blow out was very harsh and pulled some of my extensions loose. Because the store was closing, I paid in advance and although I was not happy with the service, Niove, the very rude owner, refused to refund ANY of my money. Refusing that it was their fault and was very nasty about it. Saying it was my fault and that my $2500.00 extensions weren't good.
