Hoffman Jiffy Lube

Horrible needed an inspection and had to pay $803 for rotors and breaks which is fine. But my truck didn't make any sound when brought it in. The worker told me after 3 and half hours waiting in waiting room. I was all set and truck should run like new, but may hear sounds but the stuff is all new and needs to get wore in. Ok pulled off and on thruway back home feel like I have a flat happening to front end but tire is good and you just hear this sound. But listening to worker, I figured it was the sounds he was talking about. Now two weeks and half later bring back cause sound is worse he says the axel is broken. Question wouldn't you seen that when u did my breaks and rotors. Or did they break it when they were trying to remove rotors. They don't want to take responsibility for what they did now I will post this every. On every media outlet. I wrk paycheck to paycheck like most ppl and need my vechile.
