Me and my family spent some time here and it was excellent! The rooms were really nice and had a nice view. The pool was gorgeous! The hotel did NOT have a cigarette stench, which is a plus considering that it's a health hazard for the kids and myself. Would absolutely come here again for another vacation in Vegas!

I loved staying at the Wynn. The hotel is very comfortable and seemingly not as trashy feeling as some hotels and casinos in Vegas. The decor is nice and not cheesy and the restaurants and cafes in the hotel are delicious (overpriced in my opinion, but it's Vegas...) I love their Parasol bar and the little show that comes on every so often outside in the lake. It's a little trippy, but kind of neat too.

I love this hotel Wynn Las Vegas. The ambiance is great and the room is always clean. The service is great.

  • awful experience

this las vegas hotel is beautiful but every thing is set up to cheat the customers and to extract as much money from them as possible. I paid over $300 per night and when I went to use the gym, they asked me that I had to pay extra!

  • Very Poor Service
    by  on 10/05/2011

I bought a Panerai watch and it broke soon after purchase. This of course, is not Wynn's fault. I brought it in for service and was told one month for return. It came back three months later. I picked it up, took it home and it didn't work. I mean it didn't work at all!. One might expect that when they repair something, it would have a quality control. Someone would wind it and see it it tells time... but no... So my wife went back to Wynn and tried again to get it fixed. The salespeople were so rude and unhelpful that she left with the watch and without a new repair in progress. Really? I'll never shop here again!

  • Only Come Here Once Every Year

I was patronizing this place 1-2 times a week, tipping 20% on the $220 price tag until the lady bar tender gave better service to another person. I stopped coming in after that.

  • We thought we found a great place to stay.

Okay, great looking hotel. Not the wife and I's first time there. A couple of things have changed... First of all at least one of our nights there we usually eat at the buffet for the king crab. Now you get snow crab... NOT the same. We have been to the resort a couple of times now and we thought that we found great place. Thursday night july 7th we hit the sack about 11pm. we could hear a slight thumping from music. The sleep timer on the TV went off about midnight we quickly realized the beach club music thumping our bed... Mind you the beach club is by the encore and we were in the wynn. ABOUT 4:30am the thumping stopped when the beach club shut down..... We thought we found a great place to stay.

  • Nice Room, Over-Priced

Even though the room was nice, I think the rates are too high. I would not go back for a stay unless I could get a deal on the room rate.
