I brought my vehicle in for an alignment at a decent price. While waiting for service to be complete, they came to me stating that it will require new tie-rod joints, costing a total of over $300. i refused service and opted to leave. THIS IS WHERE THE TROUBLE STARTED! despite the fact that there was no inspection charge in the contract signed for the service, they stated that there will be a $14.95 charge for inspection. after argument, they refused to make and deal and charged me for doing nothing. unprofessional management and poor customer service! Fraud!
