Overall
I paid $ 175.00 to ship a pack...

I paid $ 175.00 to ship a package from Las Vegas, Nevada, USA to Odessa, Ukraine, but after 6 months, the package never arrived. The PostNet shop I sent the package from was:

PostNet, 6895 E. Lake Mead Blvd., Las Vegas, Nevada

I went back to the PostNet three months after sending the package to try and get information, but they said to wait for another month, because the package might be stuck in customs. I waited two additional months, but the package was never delivered. The addressee in the Ukraine went to the post office there and requested information, but they only indicated that the package had not arrived.

My husband and I went back to the PostNet store after five months of waiting and filled out the forms for the search of the package through USPS (which is where the package supposedly was sent through by the PostNet shop). We still have not heard anything from USPS or the PostNet owner (Ahmed). Several times I heard promises from Ahmed, but the promises and unfulfilled, when my husband phoned a month ago, Ahmed said that he would call USPS, and immediately call back, but once again he did not call back.

It appears that Ahmed of this local PostNet shop has no interest in answering e-mails from dissatisfied customers, or at least not until he is instructed to do so from higher headquarters, however, this only worked once, the second time we attempted to get Ahmed to respond and copied his headquarters, there was no response from either.

I don’t recommend PostNet, not only because my experience was very disappointing in that my parents did not receive pictures of my newborn son and the clothes I mailed, but also because I paid $175 dollars and have no recourse. Finally, I don’t recommend PostNet because they don’t conduct business in a professional manner. I would have been satisfied if they would have at least provided information or responded to emails and phone calls, but they couldn’t even find the words to say, "I'm sorry this happened".

Overall
Computer Repair

I had an issue with my computer where it keep shutting down for no apparent reason. I looked for affordable computer services and found Reliable-IT here on yellow pages. The tech was really helpful and patient and fixed my computer for a very affordable price. I highly recommend them.
