On May 2nd, Blanchi had gave me the best experiences at Bed Bath and Beyond. Blanchi was a joy to be around, I couldn't get enough. She politely asked is there anything that I can help you find? I have a wedding registry I started and needed to add a few things. She extended her arms in a welcome stance and said come right this way. Her knowledge helped me understand the importance of what to put on my registry and how I should give my guest options! Without hesitation she ushered me to every dept. and told me it was okay to put China on my registry. She shared exquisite ideas about China and told me all the great things that come along with having China. She gave me tools to help me decorate my home! With a genuine personality and great communication skills I was pleased to have her help me! I truly believe Blanchi went above and beyond with satisfaction from a customer point of view.
