DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS C...

DO NOT BOOK A TOUR WITH THIS COMPANY! we had the most horrible experience ever. A bus picked us up at the hotel at 5:50 am and took us to this big terminal to put us in another bus. Since the beggining we realized the bus driver was in a kind od ¨hurry¨. He kept on telling us he was going to leave us if we were one minute and at the end we were going to thank him to e back in vegas early. The first stop was at the IMAX, we were supposed to get lunch, he DIDN'T GIVE US TIME TO HAVE LUNCH. we just took in and ran into the bus because he began to move the bus while there were still people getting their lunch. But the best part is coming. The company told us that the tour makes 3 stops at the grand canyon. we arrived to the first point and the driver gave us some time to go and take some pictures. it snowed and there was lots of black ice on the roads. the driver told us to be back betwen 2:45 and 2:50. we came back exactly at 2:48 and the driver was already moving the bus, because the was lot of ice, we didn't run. The driver said he would go the the second stop and come back to pick up the people that were not on time. HE NEVER CAME BACK TO PICK US UP. HE LEFT US AT THE GRAND CANYON! We asked some other drivers to help us and they were so mean and rude except for one that called the other driver and that's how we founf out that our driver was on his way to vegas WITHOUT US AND WITH OUR LUGGAGE ON THE BUS. Is someone gonna explain us why did the bus driver letf us? we paid for a 3 stop tour and we only enjoyed ONE.... ARE WE GOING TO GET OUR MONEY BACK? how in the world can this driver leave us in the middle of nowhere when we were almost 6 hours to las vegas???? can I get an explanation???

My finance took me to the Gran...

My fiancé took me to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam for my birthday. He booked the trip so I cannot tell you how the booking through Airbridge actually went. I can tell you both tours were more than satisfactory. Airbridge picked us up at our hotel and we spent the day going to both locations. We never felt rushed and everyone stayed together. If we come back to the west coast again anytime soon I will be using Airbridge's services again.
