Tree Fertilization
Deep root fertilization, as the term indicates, involves the injection of fertilizer into the soil beneath ground level. The primary aim of this practice is to ensure that the nutrients are far from the grass roots and to make sure that Nitrogen is kept far from the soil surface to avoid evaporation. The soil is well saturated with a mixture of fertilizer and water injected into the soil. Due to the high pressure in which this mixture is delivered, it also helps to break the soil. Our experts will move around the tree, pumping in fertilizer. We have adopted this method over the years, and it has yielded the best results so far.

We’d like to endorse Ed Ward, Affordable Tree Care, 720-404-5020 for his work on our property. He scaled up three tall Ponderosa trees and removed mistletoe that was out of reach of this “weekend arborist”. Later, upon closer scrutiny, we found one more nit of hidden mistletoe; he came back, scaled the tree, and removed it at no extra charge. Thanks, Ed.
