Midway Animal Hospital

Despicable practice. Dispicable management. My dad's dog was getting daily infusions and a Dr Cotton stuck his head in asking my dad how his dead dog was doing. The best part? The dog wasn't even DEAD. I complained to a tech and a very, nasty woman (I'm assuming the office manager) gave my dad a call back calling me nasty because I said the doctor's behavior was unacceptable.

I went in to speak with the owner Dr. Howell and he kicked me out of the practice after telling me Dr. Cotton did not mean it. WHAT ELSE DID HE MEAN THEN DR. HOWELL? Their excuse? I wasn't there so therefore they couldn't talk to me about it.

Dr. Howell pulled me into a room with this nasty office manager and then he tried to push the office manager out of the room and she refused to leave. I asked again how Dr. Cotton meant his dispicible comment to come across and they kicked me out.

It's a real shame that their good employees have to work with such nasty people. How can decent humans defend such a gross comment from a vet who is supposed to show kindness and empathy to a DYING DOG.

Gross behavior. Gross staff. Gross management all around.

Dr. Nutter sees both of our dogs and he and the staff there are awesome. However the grooming place there that is NOT AFFILIATED with the hospital / clinic is aweful. We use to take our dogs there for grooming but they didn't clean the ears and our dog Hercules got a real bad infection in his ears $100.00 to see Dr. Nutter, but that was not the clinic fault and our little dog LiLo had dried soap all over her. DO NOT USE THE GROOMING FACILITIES THERE!!!!!!! Again the Vet clinic there is great, but the grooming service that is not affiliated with the clinic is aweful....... I give the clinic a 5 star rating but the grooming NO STARS.........
