        To the owners of Mancino's I have frequented your restaurant for 15 years never have I been treated so poorly. When calling to order a pizza on July 3, 2018, I was put on hold for 20 minutes, we were driving from Almont and arrived at Mancino's before anyone could take are call. When I got to the counter I asked for the Manager who proceeded to tell me that she could care less that I had been waiting for 20 minutes and if I didn't want to order I could get out. I have never been treated like that in all my years by a restaurant team, let alone the manager of the establishment. I own and run my own business, this is not how any establishment should be run. We are sadly disappointed this was my sons favorite pizza place.
