Christman Capital Development Company is a subsidiary that makes equity investments in select real estate projects. The company s Christman Constructors subsidiary provides concrete, carpentry, resteel installation and general contracting work. Originally founded in 1894 in South Bend, Ind., The Christman Company was incorporated in 1927 and established its Lansing headquarters in 1915. The company also has branch offices in Grand Rapids, Ann Arbor and Petoskey, Mich.
