I checked prices: they were competitive. I checked references: they were uniformly favorable. The installation happened on time, by two installers who clearly knew what they were doing. After I expressed satisfaction with their job, the lead installer pointed out a small cut in the weather seal. I never would have seen it. He said they would order a complete new seal, and be out in a couple weeks to install it. That happened today, Competitive, professional, conscientious. I can't ask for more.

I have done business with this establishment off and on for over 10 years, however I called this past weekend because I was getting a message that the battery was bad on the overhead unit. I didn't receive a call until this morning. I just wanted to have a someone install it. He said they sell batteries and I could pick one up but when I told him what type I needed he said they didn't have one in stock and he didn't know how long it would take to come in. Just the way he was responding, I felt he wasn't to eager to do the job. Maybe it was too minor so I decided to take my business elsewhere. Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them in the future. Customer service is very important to me.

Just had Crawford replace our old garage door and opener. I priced several local companies--their product was the best price. They were also able to get the new door significantly faster than their competitors. They arrived when promised, installed a beautiful, high-quality product, took the time afterward to show my wife and I the new features on our opener, and left our garage cleaner than when they arrived. We are delighted with our new door and opener, and would recommend Crawford (on Merrill) without reservation. Thanks guys!
