Erica is no attorney. The way you describe her is totally correct. Not only is she wrinkled and hair going everywhere, but so is her home. She lives in ardmore in a totally disgraceful dump. It's hard to believe she ever went to law school. She represents every thing that's wrong with over educating idiots in this country. I have had dealings with her and she can be difficult to reason with. When she doesn't want to hear what you have to say, she just ignores you like she doesn't hear you, but it's really ignorance on her part. She suffers from the Oprah Winfrey effect of believing she understands things from a higher point of understanding.
