I got in touch with him thru Advance Auto service lol, after my car keys was loss. He was great in keeping in contact with thru out the time process. Since I needed a reprogramming and a key cut, took him about 30mins and was very professional as well as outgoing in speaking with my mother. I would highly recommend!
