My cousin referred me here and I was hesitant because of some of the reviews, but my cousin Andrew told me everything had changed here in the last few months and I decided to give it a try. WOW-my first weekend here there was an Easter party which sounds lame but was so much fun. I met nice people and had my face painted by Annie, we laughed so hard at the Easter skunk she turned me into. Nice seeing my cuz and he didn't let me down.

To whom it may concern,
This is an official notice of complaint in regards to the heating all apartments. As we understand the heat is turned off during the summer. This is not stated in your lease agreement nor is the time frame in which the heat is turned off or on. It is now Sept. 11, 2016, after Labor Day, and the heat is still not turned back on. We are requesting officially, that heating be turned on immediately. There is 10 month old baby in the home and last night the overnight temp. was 41f.
Colorado Tenant Rights States;
. Heat water and electricity must be available.
. Tenants have the right to a safe and sanitary dwelling.
The bills are paid and has the right to a safe and sanitary home. Not having heat readily available is unsafe for her and her small child.
Your office will receive a certified letter stating the above. If after receiving notification and nothing is done than we will have no other choice than to take this complaint to the next level.

My girlfriend made the mistake of renting here last summer. She signed a one year lease on a tiny ~600sq ft one bedroom for $1100 a month, which just blows my mind. There are almost no amenities, the apartments lack even a balcony or any sort of upgrades, and the buildings are in generally disrepair. We, too, had several cabinet doors fall due to them being in rough shape and lacking enough screws in the hinges. Management team is friendly enough, but the price, size, and general lack of amenities makes me wonder how the heck this place even stays in business. Avoid living here if you possibly can,

Great apartments!! Great prices for the Lakewood area! Management has been helpful and maintenance extremely responsive. They have worked with us on every issue and are constantly trying to improve our stay here. Thank you to them, and I hope you give this place a try!!

i agree. i've lived here for a year and these people drive me f*****g crazy. my water goes on and off like twice a week, and for over an hour at a time. and the front office never has an explanation for the loss of water, nor can they ever tell me when it will come back on. they also harbor illegals. there is trash everywhere and people's broken-down cars with expired tags sit rotting in the front parking spaces. the apartments in my building are only 500 sq ft, but still the illegal mexicans that live here manage to get away with keeping 15 people in their apartment at all times~ all of whom harrass me daily and make perverted remarks. all these people get away with breaking almost EVERY rule in the lease, but you can GUARANTEE i would be fined or punished for my rent being even a day late. and it's true that people's stuff will simply be dumped into the yard (for the mexicans to dig through and steal) when you are evicted. also, the maintenance crew walked into my house at 10am while i was in the shower, and saw me naked! their excuse was that they were changing batteries in the fire alarms. they also do a random, unit-by-unit inspection on 4/20 to make sure people aren't smoking weed. WHAT AN INVASION OF PRIVACY!!! 3 young girls manage and run the complex. two blondes and a redhead girl. BAD combination, none of those girls no how to do anything except smoke cigarettes and gossip outside.
DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! spend your $600 a month elsewhere.
