Top Nailine

Like most ALL nail salons, this one is owned & staffed by Vietnamese women. I have nothing against the Vietnamese...they are kind, sweet & lovely people. I am NOT prejudiced, in any way. I do believe, however if one is going to do business in this (or any) country, then at least make sure you can understand your customer!! The staff here speaks passable English, but not well enough in my opinion to do business here. If I am paying for a service, I expect to get what I ask for.

Also, be careful of their gel coatings. They do not let them cure long enough to completely harden. This is a recurring issue which I have tried to resolve, but short of hiring an interpreter or learning to speak Vietnamese myself, I have given up. They are very nice, but the quality of the work combined with the lack of understanding when their is inevitably a problem has forced me to look for another salon.
