Exotic Works Tile, Inc.

These Guys came saying they had many year of experiences on this type of job. They did not wanted to removed the tiles saying it was not needed to removed them and just injected sealer in between of the tile ensuring that will pull back the tile on place and I will not have any problems with this job. I called at the number to letting him know about the problem and he recommended me to find an expert. And he has block my number because I am not allow to send him any more messages. They charge $350 plus $477.40 for their job and product. Saying the sealer cost them $25.00 each which I went to Lowes and their value is $7.88 each. I just saw a box of 12 bottlers because when I removed the tiles myself the sealer it was in some areas. The sealer did not worked at all and created mold were they injected. He said he will visit my house to see the problems, but he did not and now he does not answer any message or calls from me. Very disappointed with Exotic Tile. I hope other people can see this and don't hire them because they do a lousy job. Also, I visited the BBB page and this company has a lot of complains that I which to visit because I hire them.
